Yes — Sysora Pro and Business packages are often structured as monthly retainers, especially for ongoing automation maintenance, new workflow builds, and continuous improvement. Sysora Lite is ideal for one-off projects.
What if I only need one specific service?
No problem at all. You don't have to buy a package. We do individual services too — a single workflow, one email sequence, or a specific AI agent. Use the Sysora Lite entry point or just contact us directly.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
For project-based work, there's no long-term commitment. For retainers (Pro / Business), we typically work on a rolling monthly basis — no 6 or 12-month lock-ins unless you want them for a discount.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Absolutely. We work with clients across the US, UK, UAE, Australia, and beyond. All work is remote-first. Time zone differences are never a problem — we're highly responsive via WhatsApp regardless of where you are.
